Ну вот, наконец-то "Нью-Йорк Таймс" дошла до логического вывода из своей политики. Сегодняшняя статья в разделе "Мнения" : Конституция - вредный, устаревший и антинародный документ.

i am not defending this guy, i don't care for him much, i think molly had a run-in with him. so i was asking you.

i mean, constitution is an old document, still working, so we need it, but it is okay to state that it does not cover a lot of modern stuff...

It might be old, but it's what holding this country together. And, as someone else here has mentioned already, the complexity of amending procedure is intentional, because it protects the minority, and prevents us from making stupid decisions.

true. and the basic rights are all there. the rest is up to the states.


BTW progressives (read commies) are losing all over the primaries. one crazywoman won big in NYC but that's it.

alas - as bad as it is, it is better than what awaits us. maybe even in our lifetime. quite possibly.


you know we caught me a box turtle, he is about 10. they live up to 50 plus.
