Это какой-то пиздец.

В ФБР поступили сигналы, еще в сентябре, что вчерашний флоридский убийца вывесил на ютюбе объявление: "Я буду профессиональным школьным убийцей". Подписаннoe его собственным именем. ФБР "не сумело его идентифицировать".

Видимо, все силы брошены на поиски русских под кроватью, больше ни на что времени не остается. У ютюба тоже нет времени.

that won't solve the problem. you are of the "western" approach - find the guilty party and whip them. i prefer the japanese approach - find out what happened and how to prevent it next time, without punishing anybody.

но вообще с ними сложно, плюс они радикально изменилиь за последние 20-27 лет.

i would think that it is a crime everywhere, to aspire to perpetrate mass murder.

that is not the issue. the issue is - how many of those reports the agencies can pursue, and how successfully. i believe that rezo may be right to blame FBI, but.. neither i nor he nor any of us here know the inner workings of the agencies. it is so easy to accuse without any understanding of how they run their cases.
